Illinois 60-Hour Broker Pre-License Real Estate Topics
This course provides 60 of the 75 hours of instruction in basic principles of real estate required of all applicants for a broker license in Illinois. The course prepares learners for the Illinois licensing exam and provides the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate broker in Illinois. Topics include license law, real property, agency, state and federal laws, advertising, valuation, finance, real estate calculations, contracts, transfer of title, and property management.

Illinois State Requirement Details for Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing Education
Hours Required by the State: 75 hours
- 60-hour course including the following topics: Introduction to License Law, Real Property, Current State and Federal Law, Real Estate Transactions, and Real Estate Career Paths
- 15-hour Applied Real Estate Principles course
